From TEMCombustion analysis and calculation, estimated gas consumptions are 11.74 MmBtu/hr at 36000pcs/hr with a safety factor accounting to heat loss to surroundings and temperature difference of day and night.

However from actual results, TEMCombustion is able to achieve 10.375 MmBtu/hr at 36000 pcs/hr using our proposed solution with our Burner, Chamber and Blower. Proving our design & calculations has had proven with an accuracy of 98.2%.
